What phone systems does MiStats support?
MiStats is designed for Mitel ICP phone systems. It is based on the Mitel SDMR and should be compatible with all current Mitel hardware. It has been heavily tested with the Mitel 3300 system.
What operating systems does MiStats support?
MiStats is designed for use on Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7. Both 32 and 64 bit versions are supported.
Do I have to pay extra to support more handsets or extensions?
No, there is no limit on the number of handsets or extensions supported.
Is there a limit on the number of call records I can record?
There is no limit on the number of call records that MiStats will store.
Can I export my call records to a file?
Yes, you can export call records in Excel or text format.
Can I print a report of calls made from my Mitel 3300?
Yes, MiStats can produce a PDF or text report of all calls made from your Mitel ICP, including extension names and associated call costs.
Can MiStats detect unanswered calls?
Yes, MiStats can search for unanswered calls and display the dialler's number (if not blocked) and extension number dialled.
Can I back up my call records?
Yes, you can simply back up the call database file to keep a back up of your call records.
What countries does MiStats support?
MiStats supports call records from all countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Germany. If you are unsure if MiStats works in your country or region, please contact us.
What currencies does MiStats support?
MiStats detects your currency settings in Windows and formats the currency according to these settings. If you currency appears in the Regional and Language Options control panel in Windows then it will display in MiStats searches and call summary.
What databases does MiStats use?
MiStats uses an SQL database powered by SQLlite (www.sqlite.org).
Do I need to license any other software to use MiStats?
No, you don't need any other software to install MiStats or to access call data from your Mitel phone system.
How can I download the application after I purchase it?

How it works

When a user connects MiStats with a Mitel 3300 ICP MiStats requests all the data that is stored on the Mitel 3300. MiStats then puts the data into a database allowing the user to be able to browse through call information quickly and easily. This also means that reports can be created with a simple touch of a button.
